If your overall profile is promising we will invite you to one of our recruiting days. In three personality and case-based interviews you have the chance to prove to us your analytical skills, your business sense and your personal fit.

You should practice case studies and inform yourselves about the Business Areas of thyssenkrupp. Stay cool on the recruiting day, even if the cases might be challenging. Take the chance and use the breaks between the interviews to get to know your potential new colleagues and learn about the TKMC-spirit.

In-between interview breaks provide you the opportunity to meet TKMC team members and get first-hand information from our consultants in a rather relaxed atmosphere – apart from the interview situation. That’s how you can get a more detailed picture of us and our work.

After a positive result of the recruiting day our Managing Directors are looking forward to meeting you in further interviews – our second round. In case the feedback of the final interviews is also positive you will promptly receive our job offer.

The personal contact is always at the heart of our recruiting process – so that we can really get to know each other. Therefore, you will also be closely supported by our recruiting team during the whole process. And in addition to that our consultants are glad to take time for your questions and personal talks – apart from the interviews.

Our advice for interviewing with TKMC:

  • Motivation and personality: We would like to see an authentic, motivated and interested candidate. The “chemistry” should fit on both sides, because we value team spirit, appreciation and convincing manner. In a short form: drive & sparkle.
  • Case performance: Especially a structured approach and very good problem solving skills are important. You should convince us with excellent analytics and the ability to act confidently, pragmatically and carefully, even in such a stressful situation.
  • Communication and manner: We hope for active conversations. Show us your communication skills and a professional and appropriate behavior towards our clients on every management level.

Starting at TKMC is possible all the year. However, it is recommended to apply at least two months before your desired starting date.
