Your first days at TKMC

The first days as a TKMC „Newbie“ are dedicated to our onboarding. You will get to know the whole team and through specific trainings you will learn key skills as for example “slide writing”. In addition to that you receive first insights of thyssenkrupp e.g. by site visits.

Your first project

At TKMC you are a consultant from the very first day since practical experience and shared knowledge of your team members are the best to learn from. Therefore, you will directly be given responsibility for your own project topics/modules and that is how you can fully apply yourself.

Career perspectives

Various career options are possible for TKMC consultants – a “classic” consulting career path as well as a position in general management or as an expert at thyssenkrupp.

The consulting career path consists of five stages with a regular promotion time of 24 months up to Principal level. In the end, your individual performance decides on your promotion to the next stage, the specific duration of promotion periods and the bonus.
