Trainings at TKMC

In addition to our „Learning on the job“ approach you will be equipped with the necessary know-how and tools in order to further develop your skills. As consultants we always have to be up to date and be in command of excellent methodological competence. Therefore, the development of our team is a key success factor for our work.

Our customized trainings scheme covers consulting skills trainings tailored to your specific level. In addition, you will be supported by your experienced mentor that keeps track of your individual development.

Transparency and feedback are very important for us! Besides regular written feedback after every project we put emphasis on honesty and openness in our daily work by e.g. short feedback sessions after client meetings or our weekly joint debriefings within the project teams

Intercultural competencies and personal responsibility also play a significant role. That is why selected Senior Consultants are given the opportunity of intensified training by sending them on our “TKMC Expedition”. For several weeks they independently work on projects in an operating unit (e.g. in the thyssenkrupp Regional Headquarter Asia Pacific in Singapore) – apart from the usual project team setting.
